大家知不知道Crumpet? Crumpet 是英国的面包，它看起来好像美国薄煎饼。 用烤面包器烤了以后，外面的crumpet 变得酥脆（or 外层变得酥脆），里面（则）糯糯的。
所以Crumpet和English Biscuit不一样吗？我从来没听过Crumpet，确实看起来和美国的pancake更像哈！
