The sky was overcast today, but honestly, I’ll take it over those sticky, sweltering days we’ve been having. In math class, we were handed a bunch of new tools—a compass, protractor, and set square. Compared to arithmetic, geometry feels like a breeze! Even the homework problems are easier and fewer, because each question takes up more space with the graph on the page, usually just asks you to measure an angle with the protractor or so. I’m pretty sure I’ll be ok in this unit.

It’s a bit more practical.
