In my country-China, nearly everyone will use WeChat which is a chat application also you can post anything that you feel interested in on your friend's circle, people can see and give you comment or like.
And the other website almost everybody will know is called BaiDu which is like Wikipedia platform, you can search every healthy knowledge here.

People can see your posts and give you a comment or 'like'. The other website almost
everybody will know is called BaiDu which is like Wikipedia. You can
search for all sorts of information here.
Hi Christine, "healthy knowledge" doesn't make sense in English so I have replaced it. We say "everyone uses" (present) not "everyone will use" (future). I hope this helps you :)
