English Grammar in Use Unit 34 Section F Example in the book. "I am going out now, Is it cold outside?" "Yes, I should wear a coat" My exercise "Derek is going out. Is it cold outside" "Yes, I should wear a coat" Does this one also mean "I would wear a coat if I were him."? Is my excercise correct? Thank you

Yes you are right, and “I would wear a coat” sounds much better as a recommendation to someone else

Yeah, but I’d use « would » Is it cold outside? Ehh, I guess. I’d wear a coat (if I were you).
