What's the difference between "issue" and "error" in english?

I think error used more for computer and other machine’s problem and issues for situations ( for example with people)

“Issue” has two primary connotations:
1) As a synonym for “problem”
2) As a synonym for “topic”
“Error” simply means “mistake”. It doesn’t have any other meaning.
If you want to say “cometer un error”, we say “to make a mistake”.

Issue it's the same that problem, situation, conflict and error refers to calculation situation
