All the group lessons I taught were arranged by one of my students. Someone knew the other students personally in some way and figured out how to pay me amongst themselves. Usually these students decide to find a way to pay me privately since it's cheaper. I doubt that you'll teach a group class on Italki not knowing one or more of the students unless you advertise it on a social media platform and find a fair way to charge each student, eliminating the need for complete strangers to exchange money between themselves. I've done couples. Not group lessons. But I've done group lessons through zoom, that works well. The problem doing that through iTalki is how to charge your students, unless it is the same group and one of the students is charged. In short, don't recommend it doing it via iTalki. Try to set up a group lesson through a personal account.
