Do u live in a house or an apartment?
If u had the choice, which one would you prefer? why?
"I see some positive properties for each one:
apartment: cheaper, more security, easier to clean
house: more privacy, more space for holding parties
>>ATastyBiscuit>> what do u mean about "flat apartment"?
>>Ichrak>> U seems to be genial & out-going :-)
My choice is a house with a garden.I come from China.Most of Chinese people live in apartment,including me.So I prefer house,then I can feed a cat,hahha.
i live in a house but i prefer an appartment because
it could be a good option for people who like to socialise more (like me). For example, a conversation started with a simple hello, turns into a long hour chats. You tend to meet different kind of people so there are higher chances of finding alike minded people in apartment. In this global world, people stay away from their families because of work. However, a parties organized by the apartments secretaries could make people feel like celebrating festivals with families, adding to that a security guard is easily affordable in an apartment compared to a house.
I live in a flat in an apartment building.
If I had choice I'd choose to live in a private house.
Living in a flat definitely more convenient since you have no need to do errand around the house, but there's also no way you can do any outdoor activity near your home living in a flat.
@Sina
Yes, it's part of the facility offered by the building management. Personally I'm happy with the facility for security and privacy reason. The card is programmed to access the entrance gate, public facilities for residences and the floor where your unit is, so not everyone can walk around in every floor.
If you asked me what valuable things people keep at home these days, my answer will be 'my life'. Nowadays life is so cheap (I'm talking about Indonesia since I live here) people can take other's life because of few bucks even. I've wathced too many robbery end up killing the house owner and the families.
So that's my main reason choosing to live in an apartment (with 24 hours security guard and access card)
