IELTS course - Wall Street English vs British Council

Hello everybody! I need to get C1 level in English and I think I'll do IELTS exam. I'm looking for a good and cheap English course to reach my goal. Now I've got B2 level. I would like to know if some of you got C1 level studying on its own, and what you think about courses at "Wall Street English" by Pearson and the online course "Road to IELTS" by the British Council (http://www.roadtoielts.com/testdrive/).

First, I would like to thank you for your kind assistance you have provided for my IELTS academic test. I took the test on 21st of January and achieved 7.00 in each band score. It was a difficult task for me but this time I sat for the test with lots of confidence because of the support you have given me from https://www.ieltsidpindia.com/information/online-ielts-study-material. ; I received 7.5 for my writing which was my strongest part.

My next goal is to get 8.00 in each band on General test.
