meaning of "keep your feet shoulder length apart"
I watched a video having this pharse then I searched on internet and couldn't find it.
what does it mean, is it similar to " keep your shoulder width apart" ?

It means to have your feet apart, the same distance as between your shoulders. So if I look at you standing, your feet are lined up vertically with your shoulders.
If you do an image search on the phrase, you'll see exactly what it looks like.
