What is the difference between Chief Accountant and Accounting Manager?
Hi All,
I don't know when I should use Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager. Is "Chief Accountant" used for a small company and is "Accounting Manager" used for a large company? or are there any different responsibilties between them?
Thank you for your explaination in advance.

in the company where i used to work (METRO cash and Carry- if you know)
Accounting Manager was just an Accountant, a person who control all invoices and count salaries.
Chief Accoutant was a very very important person who controled all operations

I honestly think it could go either way, and it's up to the individual company to decide what each title means.
