There is a book for Russian speakers... In czech it is called "Chcete mluvit cesky". They have prepared it in many languages including Russian. If you search in Russian language on google, maybe you can find it. I used this book to learn Czech. it was very helpful.

I'm looking forward to Czech release on Duolingo as well. Meantime you can try "Complete Czech: A Teach Yourself Guide" by David Short if you haven't found anything to start with yet :)
