Italki keeps showing up a notification after I completed a session with a teacher. Is this one:
"1 session(s) should be complete. Please confirm the session is complete or report a problem."
In fact, there were no session due various issues from both parts, so the session ended up cancelled. Would be my first session... Anyway, I need to know were the session can be confirmed as completed. I didn't find any link to do so in the session page. Can someone help me? Thanks!
Just to everyone to know, the support team said it's really a bug and they are working to solve it.
Well I just did it. Thanks!
Oh, OK. In that case, you could submit a request here: http://support.italki.com/
It is also possible there's a small bug, as italki is currently making changes to the site. I hope it works out.
Hi Peachey, thanks for the answer. Clicking on the lesson leads me to the session page, where I can't find any link or button to confirm the session is completed. The lesson was rescheduled 2-3 times, than cancelled because the last time the teacher didn't confirm the session and I got refunded. I think this is really a bug once there's nowhere I can confirm the session is completed.
Go to http://www.italki.com/sessions (there's a little icon at the top of this page, but I thought it'd be easier to just give you the link) and you'll see a list of all your lessons. Click on the lesson which needs to be confirmed or disputed, and follow the directions.
Seeing that the lesson needed to be cancelled, I'm guessing that you've already written to the teacher about a different time.
