How can we have a good talk with foreigner?

Hi friends!

I'm not good in speaking English, I need do practise a lot. To be honest, when I meet a foreign people on the streets, I really want to talk to them, but I'm afraid of rejection.

So, could you tell me about your experiences in speaking English.
