Hi, I'm from Brasil. My english is not perfect but that's why I'm here...I'm still learning about how to use the Italki and for start I have a question.

Next year I'm planning to go to Canada in order to study english. Someone from here that could tell me something about the country? Like the "night life", the culture, the public transport eficiency.. Basic things. Tks.

Travelling between Toronto and Vancouver by plane is more common than ground transportation. Driving would take 3-4 days, taking a bus or a train may be a bit quicker.

Are you go there?

Alex, yeah

Everybody says that! Vancouver is like Rio de Janeiro and Toronto seems more São Paulo.

Nice!

So, considering that I love in São Paulo, maybe Vancouver should be better. I'm searching for new experiences.

Onde more question: It's dificult transit between vancouver and Toronto? For example, there is a possibility to pass a weekend in Toronto if I'm in Vancouver. Travel between the cities by bus ou car... Or it's possible just by airplane?

There are many differences between Vancouver and Toronto. Vancouver is the warmest city in Canada, the weather reachs 30 degrees in summer for example, you can enjoy beaches, play volleyball on the sand, there are mountains around it where you can go snowboarding.... Toronto has a better nightlife, colder and there are more cultural places as museums..... Toronto seems more capital of Sao Paulo and Vancouver seems more countryside(in my opinion). I lived 6 months in Vancouver and I loved it!!
