Do you find what are foods that can not eat at the same meal in your food culture that will let you get poison?
for example carp and liquorice; crab and persimmon
I have never heard of any two foods that cannot be eaten together because then they become poisonous.
I've never heard of this in my culture. Can you give an example?

but may not be right. As shrimp and lemon it is also in Thai food. but it would not happen in cooking due to the way of cooking

I just googled it and it appears that the belief that mixing certain foods is harmful is exclusive to China and Vietnam. Some websites cite this Chinese practise and list foods you shouldn't eat together, while other sites claim it's just an Old Wive's tail. I can't find any scientific research on the subject; but given the lack of evidence, as well as my own personal experiences (I've eaten a lot of the foods listed many times and have never experienced any ill effects, nor have I ever heard of it happening), I'm inclined to believe the latter.
Chemical reactions between different foods DO occur (e.g. baking soda and vinegar, mentos and coke); but if something it's edibile, it's likely not very chemically reactive to begin with (otherwise there'd be a high risk of a food reacting with your body, or being careful about mixing what you eat would be a major concern). To show that mixing two foods can poison you, you need to show that Food A has Chemical A, and that Food B has Chemical B, and use chemistry to prove that mixing Chemical A and Chemical B produces a toxic Chemical C. Then you need to show that the concentrations of Chemical C you recieve from consumption are likely to be harmful.
I meant posion is factor coming from nature as well. Some are mixed from factors.
So it is possible to be produced from mixed food in our food culture.
