I can tell off the rip that this person is not a native English speaker.
The correct way to say it is, "If you want help in English, I can help you."

Okay. For some reason 'helping' sounds really wrong in your sentence. I guess you could say help/aid/assistance but helping? I hope a native English speaker will correct me.

No you're right Camilo. Anyone who writes "If you want helping in English" is in no position to be offering assistance learning English.
