Between Russia and Germany has evolved over centuries a special relationship. Ultimately we owe our freedom to the grace of forgiveness. However, the Russia-image is still characterized in Germany by stereotypes. We associate with Russia especially: a wide country , social inequality and power awareness. Many people think Russia lacks a modern living concept. In fact, we really know little about the Russian culture. But feel that the Russian society behaves as a closed society, which has little interest in exchange with "stranger". Germans think that Russians are : hard-drinking, hospitable , emotional and state believer. We associate the Russian culture most times with music , literature and architecture. Media characterize the Russia-image in Germany because there is in fact little direct exchange of views. Even on this website here. But probably you Russians, think more or less the same way about us.

I love the Russian architecture the designs of churches and historical buildings, and I love the wildlife in Russia,  Its forests, steppes, and tundras provide habitat for many rare animals, including Asiatic black bears, snow leopards, polar bears, and small, rabbit-like mammals called pikas, and of course Russia's most famous animal species is the Siberian tiger.

Very rich history, especially sociopolitically and religiously. The literature is incredoble, and so singularly shaped by that history
