Express the way you felt when you spoke your target language with a native speaker.

For me i felt so nervous and confused i was able to hear him clearly and understand him perfectly but i couldn't find the right words to say or to express myself the right way like when i speak my own language.....but after all that i felt great excitement and truly happiness.
what about you my friends ?

At first, I was bemused, and felt that the words won't be blurt out, but with time, I grow calmer. I started to experience a mixture of excitement and pride. It was unforgettable venture! ^_^

I was totally freaked out. Sweat was pouring down my face, even my underwear was drenched...

Unconfrotable and embarrassed! In fact I tend "to avoid" speaking in English because I always feel my English level is so poor that the conversation gets stucked in "basic topics" because of that.
