I only know a little Spanish myself from 2,5 years in school and a little chatter with my neighbor. Good luck at learning.
Things that I still don't understand are some of the verb conjugatiion. I have a limited vocabukary still too.
I still don't know how to take for example "tener" meaning to have I think, into the last few forms.
I form is tango,
you informal is tiene,
you, he she, it-tienes,
I don't remember the rest
we-
us
them
So I can say I have a book, Tango un el libro or I think I have seen it yo Tango un el libro. I don't know how to say the different tenses like "I have read that book", "I am readoing that book". Also I still don't get longer sentences either.
Anyone that is more fluent please correct me if I am wrong.
