Is the meaning of "Everything That's Leaving and coming to Netflix in January 2016" clear?
I meant to tell people everything that's coming to Netflix in January 2016 and everything that's leaving Netflix in January 2016. Can i combine this two into"Everything That's Leaving and coming to Netflix in January 2016"?

You can also shorten it to "What's coming and leaving Netflix in 2016."

I think your original phrase it fine. It sounds like a nice title for an article or a list.

I understand what you mean, but I would say "Programs that are leaving and coming to Netflix in January 2016." and then list them.
