Duolingo is a good option (website).
nrksuper.no is a NRK's website for childrens. I use it to watch cartoons.

Learn Norsk in 10, Common Norsk phrases, say it in Norsk, and Complete Norsk. Cool name by the way. Havn't seen Dinon up here in the US yet.
