Typo: I meant to say "a very lyrical reading"
It's actually a very lyrical speaking, and reminds a little of Old English story-telling. The accent seems to shift between different English-speaking localities. I've tried to mark what I heard below:
The crow and the pitcher
One hot sunny afternoon a crow was looking for water
He was very thirsty
He searched high and low but couldn't find any
He happened to fly over a house
In the backyard was an old pitcher which still had some water in it
He felt relieved that he could quench his thirst finally
The crow swooped down and tried to drink the water
