What are your goals for English for 2016?

Are you taking a test?

Do you want to increase your vocabulary? How many words? Which words?

Do you want to talk to Native Speakers? Who do you want to talk to? What do you want to talk about?

How are you going to practice and how often?

Personally, in Italian, I want to be fluent in verbs: to be, to have, to do, to take, and the regular "ere", "are" and "ire" verbs. I also want to tell stories in the past about where I went on vacation. I want to be able to recommend or warn against an experience.

I'm going to take a class at my community center and I'm going to practice with my Italian group. I'm also going to start to order my coffee once a month at the Italian cafe near my house to increase my confidence with native speakers. I'm going to study verbs using DuoLingo and use a teacher to practice speaking about my vacation. I'm going to take 1 hour class, twice a month.

This year I decided to try hard my English, as I starting to get frusted, I've been studying for 4 years and I still get in trouble with conversation skills, phrase making while writting and use of verbs, prepositions etc... I think my biggest problem is that I don't use English in a daily basis... So, I hope my decision makes my it better :)

In 2016,my learning goal is to make friends with people who are also learning English  and people who said English. Next,I want to contact with these friends by English, and improve my spoken English, then I want to prepare for IELTS.

Happy new year,Best wishes.

I am a native English speaker but there are always new things to learn about the English language.  Every so often I come across an English word that I must look up in the dictionary (e.g., recently I read an article that used the word "edaphic").

This year I'd like to focus on improving my Spanish conversation skills and maybe doing some more reading in German.

Thanks for asking the question.  It's a good way to start the New Year.

Hi, all! For English in this year I want to learn more about verbs / prepositions and talking with native ones to be more fluent  that I can now! I love to study English and watch series only in English without subtitles. So, I will be better at all my English skills.

Congratulations, you have done one very nice question about English study people plan!

Thanks in advance!

Practice makes perfect, so In 2016 I'm going to make a conversation to native speakers as often as I can.
