This is another learner's dictionary. It's very elementary, but it comes with phonetic transcriptions, audio pronunciations, and example sentences in formal and colloquial Persian.

Amid dictionary is monolingual, so probably not of much use to you at this stage, but it provides Latin transliteration for most headwords. You can simply put your Persian word at the end of this URL (https://www.vajehyab.com/amid/) to look it up in this dictionary, e.g. "https://www.vajehyab.com/amid/خانه" gives you "[xāne]" as the pronunciation for "خانه".

Finally, you can find a decent number of audio pronunciations for Persian words on Forvo.com. You can also add a request for any word you don't find there.

Good luck!

This is the only online dictionary I've found specifically for learner's of Persian (rather than Persian-speakers learning English). All definitions come with romanisation, and most come with example sentences, but it's a very small dictionary. Once you get past total beginner you'll find it very limiting.

This is the best one I've used. It's very complete, and some words contain romanisation (but by no means all). What's really nice is the very large number of example sentences, but since it's a wiki, it can be a bit messy, not everything on there is reliable, and the fact 90% of example sentences seem to come from computer manuals and movie subtitles is limiting at times.

Despite all these reservations, I still think Glosbe is a very powerful dictionary most of the time!
