I wanna speak English fluently like a native!

Actually I don't care about grammar but, sometimes I feel stuck in my tongue(is it right? I mean try to say but can't). I wanna say something but, I can't think how to make a sentence. So sad..TT HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

OK, the first thing is to use regular English.

I don't mind honest mistakes like "stuck in my tongue" (the phrase you want is sometimes I feel tongue-tied), but when I see "wanna", I immediately know you are non-native. Have a look at how the native English speakers write on italki, and you'll see that we don't write "wanna"! :)

The bad news is, you need to care about grammar. This is how we make a sentence in any language. This is how we become fluent. If you look at grammar as a solution to a problem, then I'm sure you'll feel more comfortable with it.
