Quite smoking

what s the best way to quite smoking?have you ever such a experience?what s the practical way?

I did this many years ago: I couldn't manage to go "cold turkey", so I did this gradually ! Every day one cigarette less....

But, what worked for me may not be ideal for someone else ! Everyone is different.

I any case, you need a lot of willpower, it is not something you can do half-hearted.

Do not mix with people who smoke and do this at a time when you are not stressed ...and get some help from a support group if necessary.

according to me the way with max chances, that appears to be the most difficult, but depends on the point of view, it's COLD TURKEY...if you can't resist then take 2-3 vacations and stay at home, don't go out...those 2-3  days will be the hell for an heavy smoker, but then the nicotine will be complitly out of your system and the battle will become only psycological, but at the same time if you'll keep your mind occupied you'll notice the desire will be less and less strong.    

The gradual quittin is more painful because every time you take nicotine ( from a cigarette or a band aid or e-cig) it starts the circuits of addiction all over again.


So if you really want to quit smoking you have to do it drastically
