Saying "it's ok to touch me" is a big mistake. Be careful, it actually means something different :)

examples:

Contact me = call me, or write a message to me, or talk to me

Get in touch with me = call me, or write a message to me, or talk to me

Touch me = hold my hand, or touch my face, or tickle my toes, etc etc

Therefore saying "it's ok to touch me" is very risky, unless you actually want someone to physically hold you.

For some reason  "touch" and "get in touch" mean quite different things. I do not know why. It's a quirk of the English language.

Learner SC is right (thumbs up +1)… “Keep in touch” is used when you already know someone. “Get in touch” is correct here.
