Recently, i want to learn yoga on the gym. but i am sure i need go everyday or 3-4 times a week? Can you give me some suggestions? thanks:)
You can go 3-4 times a week. It's ok. if you have more time, let's spend more time on it. Yoga is really wonderful. I'm learning it. The duration for each day is around 90 minutes.
