If you received a quotation in 2 languages(English and the language they use),do you think it's weired?
Like I am a Taiwanese,if I send a quotation to a swiss customer in Chinese and English,is it very weired? Because they can't read Chinese,it seems not necessary to write in our language, too.

I believe it's perfectly normal to include the exact quote in the original language, as well as provide a translation into the language of the person you're talking to.

Send the quote to the client in the language they write to you in. Standard business practice.
