I DO NEED YOUR HELP!

Hello learning-lovers!

I need your help to understand a sentence that I found quite weird:


"He's growing strong in the pools" said Paul Strauss, a political analyst with the Tomorrow Foundation."

I just don't understand if he said it to the foundation, if he comes from the foundation or he and the foundation said it!

Gosh, that's frustrating!


Can someone help me?

Theyre saying that he said it and he works with the foundation.
