i recommend you to listen to english stories like graded readers, example robin hood or alibaba the fourty thieves or more just keep listening and listening i guess with your level you could do that, also you can  watch english movies but this might be abit hard for you because most of the english words use in movies are very difficult, also try to find english native speakers here in Italki, its might help too, i am new in this site , but i am looking for friends who speaks native english, and arabic speakers ,
