Password Change
I have just registered my account on Friday night and I cannot remember my password. Does anyone know if you can reset the password if you cannot remember the original? I've found where I can change password but need to know the original. I am trying to learn Japanese and I'm from Scotland.

As usual, in the login screen there is a "I forgot my password" link.

I managed to logout and then reset my password. Many thanks to all for your assistance. I have now set up my first trial Japanese lesson on Skype for next Friday morning with my tutor.

The best way is to log out, try to log in again, and use the "Forgot your password?" link.

There is a "reset password" function, but I guess you must log out to be able to access it.
Enter your email address below and we'll send you an email containing a link that will help you create a new password. Make sure you enter the same email address you used to create your account.
