"Weird" means means strange, unusual, surprising, puzzling, or eerie. It's pronounced as one syllable with a long "e," as if it were spelled "weerd."

"Weird" is the only correct spelling of this word.

"Wierd" is an incorrect spelling of the same word. It happens to be a very common spelling error, and you often see it. One reason it is often spelled incorrectly is that "weird" an exception to famous but very unreliable spelling rule, "i before e except after c." There are dozens of exception to this "rule," but it does help in remembering the spelling of a few words like "receive" and "believe."

There is no such word as "werid." If you've seen it at all, it is probably a typographical error made by someone trying to key in the word "weird" and accidentally transposing the "i" and the "r."
