How does one say "caught my attention" in Japanese?

would I say ... "chuumoku ga torareta"

or "chuui ga hikareta"

In Romaji. I'm not sure if I'm on the right track, a little help would help me complete my studies. Thanks in advance.

"chuumoku ga torareta " and " chuui ga hikareta " sound weird to us Japanese. I think " XX ha watashi no chuui ( ki ) wo hiita (XXは私の注意/気を引いた） " or " watashi ha XX ga kininatta (私はXXが気になった ) " are better.
