How do you say "it's near my house" in Korean? Like that place is near my house

우리 집에서 가까워.
우리 집 근처에 있어.
우리 집에서 가깝습니다.
우리 집 근처에 있습니다.
Korean people usually use 우리 집 instead of 나의 집.
So there is a joke, 우리 집사람 instead of 나의 집사람.
집사람 means wife.
And Korean people usually don't use subject(주어)
ex) I am hungry. 배고프다.
Will you go home now? 지금 집에 갈 거야?

ex: 커피숍은 내 집에 가까워요
