Advance English or Advanced English?
When I saw the phrase " Advance English" on an English book, I thought there's something wrong here. It must be " Advanced English", right?

You are correct. "Advanced English" would be an appropriate way of describing an upper-level English textbook. On the other hand, "Advance English" sounds like a command: We must move English forward! This is not a normal name for a textbook.

Advance can be used as a verb, so advance one's English indicates that make progress in English.
