I don't like to go to the movie theater, but everyone is twisting my arm. 

Yes, this idiom is common and is natural. 

Uhm ... I'm not sure if using 'twist my arm' this way is natural... But there should be a "to" after the work "go" in this sentence.

I don't like to go to movie theater.  :) :)
