You just need someone to show you how to do it properly, and tell you if you're doing it properly. It's the same problem for any learner, when their new language contains unfamiliar sounds.

It is not only your problem. It is problemof all peopls who do not speak in English. I remembered my English teacher at school. She always showed tongue when tried to pronounce " th". That time I thought: No, no,no, probably I will never do it:)

Even as a native speaker, when I was young I had trouble pronouncing it, and so did many of my friends, you're not alone even native english speakers have trouble with it

It's funny, I know a psychiatrist who is quite well spoken but obviously had a speech impediment as a child.  She says ve instead of the.  But she says it so quickly that nobody notices.  I think you just need to slowly make the 'the' sound again and again and probably record it.  Then listen back and see how you did.  This is how opera singers learn to sing repertoire in foreign languages.
