Mandarin Practice I don't understand Chinese Characters yet. All I do is type the pinyins on my phone then it automatically pops up the Chinese characters. But if I post them here, people reply using Chinese characters as well which I don't understand. Hehe... How about I post stuffs in Chinese characters then anyone can comment in English? Hehe sorry guys...still a beginner. :)

Maybe you can download an app called "you dao ci dian", whose Chinese name is 有道词典. It's a free and useful tool.

If you're on your computer using Google Chrome or Firefox you can download an extension that shows the pinyin and English translation when you hover over a Chinese character. That's what I use. It helps a lot.
