Italki process to cancel class

Hello everyone,


something different here: a teacher and I want to cancel an upcoming class. We don't see any way to do this. I also couldn't find contact info for italki (maybe because I'm on mobile). Has anyone had this problem and solved it?

I should have mentioned that, I do have more than 24hrs. The teacher has a conflict and will not be able to reschedule.

If you have less than 24 hours before the class time, you have to wait until the time is over before you can cancel it.
