Which English grammar book is the best for non native English speakers?

Hi. I would like to ask this questions because my English grammar is terrible. I started to think that I have to depend on English grammar books written in Japanese as well as English grammar books. I don't know which English grammar book is the best for non native English speakers. If you have any suggestions, please let me know the title of the grammar book. It would be very helpful. Thank you so much.

Betty Azar, Understanding and Using English Grammar, and the more advanced one Fundamentals of English Grammar. 

Marcella Frank, Modern English, Exercises for Non-native Speakers parts 1 and 2.

And by the way, your grammar was perfect in your post, so I doubt that your English is really as terrible as you think.
