Is 'Natürlich ich spreche Deutsch wrong?
If so, why?

In German sentences the verb comes on 2nd place. For example:
Ich spreche Deutsch, natürlich.
Natürlich spreche ich Deutsch.
Ich bin heute ins Kino gegangen.
Heute bin ich ins Kino gegangen.
