My method of managing stress might be a little bit cliche:
Find the root of the stress and punch, fix, manage or learn to be get along with it peacefully.
Usually, I manage to keep my temper down! Even when everyone else starts to panic, I tend to analyze the situation in a more rational way. Sometimes it's hard because some people really like to stress others out, but in the hardest situations, I breathe deep and think about good stuff until I can calm myself down enough!
