Hey, guys ! :)

Let's share some tips about how to keep yourself cheerful during the whole day.

So, is it really possible to roll with everyday' punches and stay always calm and 

positive in our hectic,troublesome world? 'cause we, people, are disposed to take things

too much to heart and  absorb all daily negative  easily like a sponge...

Of course it may not but affect our mood and even our health eventually.

But what if the problem is lying in us ourselves? 

Maybe it's often lack of mere smile on our faces and friendly attitude to each other?
