What 's the meaning about " he could duck decay " ? Perhaps in French i can say "un secret de polichinelle " ?

Hmm, neither the first nor second use mean anything on their own.
"He could duck decay" may mean that he can escape decay, but the context would be important. For example, if this is from a zombie movie or something and some guy was bitten by a zombie perhaps his friends might say "If he gets the antidote in time he may duck decaying".
If you can give more context that would be helpful :)
