Wow you know many many good idioms and phrases about rain! You sound like a native :) Yes, we have had a lot of rain here too during rainy season. But it's finally starting to clear up. Don't get drenched! Stay dry!
The only other idiom I can think of concerning rain is "Save ____ for a rainy day"
It means "to keep something for the future, especially money, when you might need it"
