Are you trying to say it in the imperative, or in the present simple?
Imperative:
Sigamos hablando [en] español.
Continuemos hablando [en] español.
This means "let's keep talking [in] Spanish."
In the present simple (or past) tense:
Seguimos hablando [en] español.
Continuamos hablando [en] español.
This means "we keep talking [in] Spanish / we kept talking [in] Spanish".
