I don't know what are your English level, but i have difficult to understand English when i watch film (without subtitles). I prefer to listen English podcas, where you can hear a very clear pronunciation.

I suggest watching variety shows, drama series or stand-up comedy videos instead of movies. That will help you learn faster as such shows use common phrases and vocabularies more often. On top of that, memory work will come more easily when you enjoy what you're learning :) This is in my own opinion.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will memorize words, then read English books and try to understand their sentences.
