How to be friendly with my English teacher as a friend ? just social friend :)
It's really hard to talk with her and keep in touch ! she is very cultured and older than me such as 10 years!

If a friendship doesn’t develop naturally then I would forget about it. People who can somehow enrich each other’s lives have a tendency to become friends because they enjoy each other's company. Perhaps your teacher is not interested in a friendship.

The first letter of Just and She must be capital because of full stop and exclamation mark.
You may also say:
My cultured teacher is almost 10 years older than me, so, I can hardly keep in touch and talk with her.
But she is delighted when you step forward and give her a rose , it is an effective step to be more friendly, and then let your cultured teacher know you are cultured too.

if you both will be friendly then i don t think age matters. if she likes culture then ask her about and share your interest and about your culture too.
