I'm writing a chinese composition and I have to use this structure 以。。为主 . 

I've tried to write one sentence and I would like to know if it is correct:

轻食主义者以 煮， 蒸， 炖， 最健康的烹饪的方式为主。 

Probably I've miunderstood how to use this structure..
